This is a private club membership plan in which you will be billed every month regardless of whether or not you play. If your membership is cancelled or lapses for any reason you will be required to pay the initiation fee to reinstate your membership.

*** IMPORTANT*** PLEASE READ ***
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so within (3) business days. NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations after this period has expired, even if you have not played. Monthly dues are billed around the last of each month for the following month. To stop the billing of your monthly dues you must cancel your membership BEFORE the last business day of the month. After that date NO REFUNDS or prorated refunds will be granted.

Waiver and Release: I do hereby absolve, release and waive any and all liability, claims, causes of action or demands against MatchMaker Tennis, its officers, directors, leaders, and each and every subscriber thereof and participant therein, which may arise out of or be related to any injury, damage or loss of any kind to me or any member of my family by reason of involvement in any Match Maker Tennis sponsored activities, including but not limited to my independent transportation to and from MatchMaker Tennis sponsored activities. Membership dues are not refundable for any reason. MatchMaker Tennis reserves the right to deny admittance, suspend, or terminate the subscription or participation of any member in the sole discretion of the director(s) of MatchMaker Tennis for any reason, including but not limited to anti-social, inappropriate or disruptive behavior or any attempt to use these services for improper, immoral, illegal or exploitative purposes.
